Right quarter, RO 18442
We wrote the quarter panel. The estimate that came back still has repair. The photos show it is past that. This reply stays here until someone in the shop sends it.

Drafts stay drafts until a person sends them.
One shop never sees another shop’s work.

How it works
01
Labor rates, carriers, certifications, and how often a customer should hear from you. That profile is what the bots work from.
02
A reply to an adjuster. A customer update that is due. A straight answer for the owner. Each draft starts from your shop, not a generic script.
03
Approve it, change it, or throw it out. Shop Bots does not send mail or texts. Someone at the shop still does.
Why it pays
Lining up a shop estimate against a carrier estimate, then writing the reply, is office time. Claims Desk drafts that reply and holds it for a person.
A car with no customer update goes quiet. Follow Ups flags the ones past your rule so the call happens while the car is still here.
CEO Assistant answers from the shop profile and the notes you give it. Drafts stay in the shop until a person sends them.
Shop Bots does not publish a savings figure. Measure it on your own desk before you treat any number as yours.
The bots
The estimate you wrote and the one that came back are rarely the same sheet. Claims Desk lines up the difference and drafts the reply to the adjuster. You read it first.
The list of cars in the shop, and the last time someone talked to the customer. When your rule says it has been too long, the car is flagged overdue.
For the owner. Ask what is stuck, how to explain a supplement, or what the week is asking of you. It answers from your shop profile and the notes you give it.
Production / Morning Brief. A daily note for the manager: cars waiting on parts, jobs due to finish, deliveries today, work behind schedule. Not for sale yet.

The rail is included on our sheet and missing on yours. I attached the photos from teardown. This note has not been sent.

Outbound mail waits in an approval queue. The app does not send it. Instructions pasted inside an email are ignored and flagged.
Database rules keep another shop from reading your estimates, customers, or drafts. That is separate from what the screen hides.
Model and billing secrets are not in the browser. Portal passwords are stored for the worker, not shown back to staff.
Placeholder: Shop Bots has not published a security certification. Ask hello@getshopbots.com if you need the current setup in writing.
No. A bot can write a draft. A person at your shop decides what happens to it. The app does not send mail or texts.
A shop can connect its own CCC ONE login. Shop Bots reads repair orders into the desk. It does not submit, edit, upload, or send anything inside the portal. Eagle, Revv, Mitchell, and OEM procedure sites are listed and not connected yet. You can still store a CCC ONE account ID on the shop profile.
People in your shop, and the platform owner if you ask for help. Another shop cannot see your rows. That rule is enforced in the database, not only on the screen.
Accounts, the shop profile, follow-ups, drafts, documents, the three bots, and a read-only CCC ONE connection for the shop's own login. A bot answers once the platform has connected the model. Portal sync runs once the automation worker is configured. Checkout opens for a bot after its setup fee and monthly price are published in the app. Inbound mail works after the shop’s address is live.
Yes. Roles are owner, manager, and staff. An owner invites people by email. An owner or a manager can connect a portal. They accept the link and join the shop.
No. A figure in a draft has to be on a document in the packet. If the estimate is missing, older than a day, or matched to two jobs, the draft stays a status note without totals.
No. Fault and liability stay out of every draft, including when someone asks.
A setup fee and a monthly subscription, per bot, plus overage past that bot’s allowance. The amounts are set by the platform and shown before checkout. Nothing on this page is a price.
Early access
Create an account and set up the shop. Checkout asks for a card only after a bot’s price is published.
